Kirk and Jezebel have been friends since they were kids. Kirk has been in love with Jezabel for many years. When Jezebel disappears and is presumed dead, Kirk must struggle to cope with emotions that he does not understand.

The investigation of Jezebels murder leads Detective Choam to a case that he might not be able to solve, and a criminal mind that might out-smart even him.
